We will be doing dryland practices in the off season in order to maximize our time on the ice once the season begins. We will work on conditioning, strength training, plyometrics, hockey specific exercises and also do walk throughs of systems and coverage.
These practices will be every Tuesday and Thursday at the Seckman High School Track unless otherwise communicated (see calendar to the right).
Please bring a water bottle and towel to put down for push ups and ab exercises!
Please reach out to any players that are thinking about playing for Seckman next year and have them come out to dryland as well!
